[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This iron is really lovely to use (as stupid as the at sounds!) as it makes ironing so easy. It glides over the clothing so the ironing is much quicker than normal irons I have used!

The opportunity to get a new iron was extremely pleasing and I can't be more pleased with the results! Glides so smoothly over the fabric on whichever setting you need, ready to use quickly, long enough cable which is always an added bonus!

The iron glides through creases with incredible ease. It is also easy to fill. Overall this is a fantastic product and i would definitely recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In our house the ironing never basket never seems to be empty and irons don't like the water in our area so we went with the GC2041/20. I really liked the overall weight of the iron it's feels like you have something in your hand but still effortlessly glides over clothes and bed linen. It heats up really fast and keeps it's steam although did take me a few goes to dial in the right temperature as it can be a little hotter than the dial but soon got used to it. The water tank is very easy to fill and seems to last the average basket of clothes ( two Adults and one Infant School child) but even when I had to refill it didn't take long to heat back up. Had the iron for a few weeks and so far there's no sign of the dreaded limescale or little white bits.

The ceramic base/ soleplate coating is absolutely great and makes it easier for smooth ironing. One of the many great features of this iron is you select the right temperature setting for your fabric . For example, if you have a nylon cloth to iron, you select "Nylon" on the iron thus the right temperature so you don't burn your cloth. Another great feature is, when left idle for a while 30 seconds when lying flat) it goes off automatically, which is great. No need to worry about over heating. The precision tip enable you to get into the tiniest fold. Which means, no crease is safe with this iron. This product has clear written and concise manual which is very easy to understand. Overall, it is a great machine with great design and with beautiful contrasting colours too. It is light and does the job perfectly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Couldn't wait to start using this iron when it arrived, it was lightweight easy to handle and a good manageable size. filling the water chamber was a breeze up to other irons I have used, it was wide enough to pour a liquid into without it spilling everywhere and it took a good amount so i was not constantly refilling. The point on the iron really made a difference getting into the corners on garments especially jeans and because the steam holes on the sole plate where right to the edge it really made the job easy and quicker that my other iron .
