At 18v the power is so efficient Beats the pants off other "Popular" Hand Helds. So easy to use. Dismisses my dogs coarse hair in a push. So light to carry upstairs, especially if you hold it on the lower section, just before the take out part. I highly recommend this little Diamond of a machine, looks good too, THANKS.

Very pleased with my PHILIPS vacuum-cleaner. Given it's such a lightweight appliance, it's performance is impressively powerful. The standard power is already very good and if a suction boost IS required then the additional boost button certainly delivers. The hand-held lift-off presents further flexibility. It's also incredibly quiet in use as well as thoroughly and easily maneuverable. Another excellent household tool from PHILIPS.

Brilliant product had made cleaning so easy. Works perfectly on wood floor and carpet and suction is great. A very lightweight vacuum cleaner. I can clean my whole house in just one charge. I would definitely recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The vacuum cleaner comes in a small box, it must be installed, but this is a simple task. After charging the battery, the vacuum cleaner is ready for use. I was surprised by how powerful is, this allows me to suck deep and this allows you to clean very well. The tank is not very large, and needs to be emptied after each use. I prefer a bag, but the end is not so bad. The vacuum cleaner is very easy to handle and lightweight, allows you to simply use it every day, and to achieve the most 'difficult corners. Very convenient 2in1 function, because it allows you to have a compact, and does not take up too much space in the storage. When the vacuum cleaner is in Handstick version has two speeds, this allows you to use it better on every surface. Be careful, it does not work when it is charging. The design is very modern and cool and I really like the colors. I am very satisfied with my Philips PowerPro Duo and recommend it to all!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The vacuum arrived well packaged and half charged. The only assembly required was attaching an extension handle and tightening one screw. The duo vac has two parts...the handheld and the base unit. I didn't bother with the instructions as the setup was self explanatory. The handheld clipped onto the base unit and uses a single button to remove it. The handled vac has a single on/off button and comes with a crevice/brush tool. There is a handy clip for the handheld tool to keep it with the base unit when not in use. I found after several uses the lock function that keeps the brush tool engaged stopped working. The long handle has two buttons, one to start and the other to boost the power. The handheld is great for a quick spill cleanup and crumbs. I found it awkward to clean the car carpets as the handheld was quite large and the tool supplied was no flexible or long enough to reach into narrow spaces. The best way to use this is attached to the base unit. I have tiled and carpet floors. It glides from the tile floor to carpet with no hassle. It is super quick to give the floor a sweep. The unit is really light and manoeuvrable and has a clear display of how much battery is left. I have binned my floor brush as this undoubtedly replaces it and prevents the spreading of dirt and dust. I don't find the need to use the turbo mode as the standard is more than adequate. The base unit doesn't reach into corners but unclipping and using the handheld solves that problem. I would compare the sound to a hairdryer with it being significantly louder when turbo mode is switched on.There was a bracket supplied to connect the charger to a wall. I did not use this as it is easier to move the plug about as needed. The vac is bagless and emptying is easily done by pressing two buttons. The dust collector is clear so it is easy to tell when full. All parts of the collector are fully washable including the air filter. Replacing the dust filter feels like I have to apply a bit more pressure than I should for it to be seated correctly. This is a perfect replacement for a floor brush and dustpan and in between quick cleanings rather than pulling out and dragging around the normal vacuum.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum is awesome if you're like me and you want versatility and ease of cleaning without having to take out the big guns and having to rely on a cable and having to pull something after you. This thing just glides everywhere and it cleans stuff with such easiness, I can't believe I didn't buy this sooner. It has definitely made a change in how I sleep at night as well because of how well it removes dust and allergens when vacuuming. I also have to say how powerful this vacuum actually is, never thought something this slim can hold such great power! Having a small bedroom definitely helps even with regular vacuums and not only in between cleans, and it does a great job even on bigger surfaces, as well as on carpet, tiles or laminated floors. The only thing is having to empty it at the end of every use to insure it vacuums properly. Charging time is also ideal, I just plug it in the morning before work and when I come back it's already to work its magic. It's just perfect for me!
