Micromuzieksysteem

Hi Jay2, We are thankful to read your review getting to know a little more about your experience of your MCM1350 micro music system. It is wonderful to hear that these two years have come to a good use, but unfortunate to hear that the volume button on the unit itself has started to show signs of fault. Does the volume control work on the remote control to the system? Try disconnecting the main power cord of the system leaving it at rest for an hour and re-connect it again. If the issue still persists the system has a fault which only a repair might solve the issue. Unless you haven't already been in touch with our support, we'll be happy to see the next alternative steps we have in your situation here: https://bit.ly/2vFcz9m. Kind regards,

Hi there, We are glad you have spared a few minutes of your time to fill in this review for us so that we can be aware of your experience, both the good and bad. It warms us to hear you find the MCM1350 Micro Music System great, just too bad the volume control doesn't live up to your expectations. It is not normal that the volume control can only be increased. Have you tried changing the batteries in the remote? Do the volume buttons not react on the unit itself either? Do not hesitate to reach out to our support as we will do our best to make sure this can be turned around here: http://bit.ly/2oPWkTP Your words are meaningful. Together we'll find a resolution. Kind regards,

Hello to you Andyqin, Let us first of all thank you for taking the time to write this review and share your thoughts and queries with us. This is most definitely needed in order for Philips to support you and improve product make. How smart you actually connect the MCM1350 Hifi system to your television to listen to radio. This is of course possible but it is not the main use of the system. The reason why your hifi system shuts off after 15 minutes use is due to the ECO power standby mode setting. To turn this setting off please press on the standby button and hold it in for 3 long seconds. If you hold it in again for 3 long seconds you activate the ECO power standby function. This is a setting mostly to think of our environment, making sure the system also shuts off if it is not being used or if no buttons are pressed for 15 minutes or if the volume is too short. It then shuts off automatically to save power. We hope this can now be deactivated so that you can enjoy your radio for hours! Kind regards,

Hi Annie, Let us first of all thank you for taking the time to write this review and sharing your experience with us. Your words mean a lot to Philips in order to be able to support you and improve our products. It is indeed saddening to read that you find your MCM1350 Micro Music System horrible. It shall of course not be skipping brand new CD tracks, neither give you troubles in using any of the buttons. Have you tried using a disc cleaner? Any better afterwards using the discs? Also, what happens if you simply perform a manual reset on the system by unplugging it from power and leaving it at rest for at least an hour before you connect all cables back to place again? Please feel free to reach out to our support at any time. We are happy to help you further here: http://bit.ly/2vFcz9m All best and wish you a Happy New Year! Kind regards,
