for 500 EUR you expect quality. filtration seems to work well. i say "seems" as our tap-water is good already and its hard to taste the difference, it certainly doesn't taste any worse. the machine shows its removing a lot of bits from the water. hot water works well. comes out instantly and as much as you need. design looks good too. so why 2 stars? 1. the interface is pretty mediocre. looks nice, but say i want 85 degree water for tea. you have three temp buttons, ambient, 45, 100. so you select 100, then have to press 15x 1 degree down, unlock hot water, start. that's 18 taps. and every single one goes *ding*. "so hold the degree down button" still beeps rapidly. "so use the memory function" only holds one memory, i have the same problem making a bottle for the baby. this seems so obvious, and is so easily solved with a dial or touchscreen like every electronic device of several hundred euros nowadays. disappointing. then the worst part. it leaks. the one thing it should never do. the system is clever. portable water tank, and water jugs. which is great. but not when they leak! now i have to wipe the counter every time after filling the water tank. at this price point such an obvious shortcoming is unacceptable.

Das Produkt selbst ist wirklich hervorragend. Umso enttäuschender ist der Kundenservice. Eine meiner Kannen ist kaputtgegangen, und obwohl mir der Support mehrere E-Mail-Adressen genannt hat, an die ich mich gewendet habe, konnte mir bis heute niemand weiterhelfen. Nach unzähligen Weiterleitungen und vergeblichen Versuchen scheint sich schlicht niemand zuständig zu fühlen, ein so simples Ersatzteil zu organisieren. Das ist für ein ansonsten so gutes Produkt wirklich enttäuschend. Ich bitte Sie dringend, mir eine klare Lösung für dieses Problem anzubieten oder mir mitzuteilen, wie ich eine Ersatzkanne zuverlässig bestellen kann.

Il serbatoio perde ed è impossibile trovare un pezzo di ricambio. L'assistenza ufficiale Philips manda ad un numero diverso al quale non risponde mai nessuno. Peccato... pensavamo fosse una soluzione. Ovviamente abbiamo anche buttato 600 euro di macchina e 100 di filtri che pensavamo di poter utilizzare per i due anni a venire.
