By participating in this promotion, you fully agree to these terms.

2. About the Campaign

A. Purchase a participating product between November 7th 2025 and January 4th, 2026 from a participating retailer (in-store or online, market places not included) and register your purchase to receive between €100 and up to €1000 cashback on selected XL OLED Ambilight TV’s. Details of the process are explained below.

3. Promotion Conditions (Eligibility)

A. Only private end customers aged 18 or older, residing in Belgium or The Netherlands, who purchase a participating product from a participating Belgian or Dutch dealer are eligible. All participants must have an IBAN number within the EU and a valid mobile phone number and email address. Each IBAN may only be registered to one person, even if it is shared by multiple authorized users.

Employees of Philips, TP Vision Europe B.V., TP Vision Belgium NV (“TP Vision”), Enginio AB, and other companies involved in organizing or executing this promotion, as well as their family members, are excluded. Dealers, resellers, and their employees and family members are also excluded. Intermediaries and retailers are not allowed to participate on behalf of their customers.

B. The list of participating retailers can be found in the section below.

C. Participants must receive an invoice or receipt from the (online) store where they purchased the participating product.

D. TP Vision reserves the right to exclude anyone attempting to gain an advantage through false information or manipulation. TP Vision may exclude participants who violate the terms, provide false personal information, use dishonest means, or attempt to participate multiple times. TP Vision may reclaim refunds in such cases.

E. By purchasing a participating product and claiming the cashback, participants accept these terms and confirm they are at least 18 years old and have a valid proof of purchase.

4. Execution of the Promotion

A. To participate, follow these steps:

II. Register your product from before August 9th, 2026 at: https://www.enginio.io/be/c/be-philips

And upload the following documents:

• Your official invoice (showing the price, retailer, TV model reference, and purchase date). The name on the invoice must match the bank account and registration name.
• Photo of the serial number and barcode – two options:
  • A clear photo of the white label from the TV box, showing the 13-digit barcode and serial number (starting with FZ, combination of numbers and letters).
  • A clear photo of the TV’s back label showing the same barcode and serial number as on the white box label.
• Enter your personal details (first name, last name, address, date of birth, email, and IBAN/BIC), and the TV serial number (13-digits starting with FZ).

III. Once fully submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your reference number.

IV. Within 35 working days after successful verification, we will pay your cashback.

V. As soon as the money is in your account, you will receive a new email.

VI. You will receive additional emails if you get stuck during the registration process and if there are problems with the bank details.

Incomplete or invalid applications will be rejected.

B. TP Vision may request original purchase receipts or further documentation for verification.

C. If the product is returned or the purchase is canceled within 12 months, the cashback must be repaid.

D. Processing, verification, and payments are handled by Enginio AB or subcontractors within 35 days of approval.

5. Data Protection

A. TP Vision processes your personal data in compliance with all applicable laws. TP Vision is the data controller and retains data for up to 12 months or until consent is withdrawn. Data is provided via your Enginio account (subject to separate Enginio terms). Enginio is used by TP Vision to ensure safe participation with data integrity in mind.

B. Purpose: To manage your participation and deliver your cashback.

C. Legal basis: The processing is based on the performance of the promotion agreement and legal obligations (e.g., tax compliance).

D. Data processed: name, email, phone number, bank, and proof of purchase. Receipt data may be processed using optical character recognition.

E. Retention: up to 12 months or until consent withdrawal.

F.–I. Participants may opt in to marketing emails, unsubscribe at any time, and have all relevant data rights (access, correction, deletion, objection).

J. Data controller: TP Vision Europe B.V., Prins Bernhardplein 200, 1097 JB Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Data may be shared with third parties for campaign execution, with safeguards for international transfers.

6. General

TP Vision reserves the right to suspend or modify the promotion or its terms without notice in case of unforeseen circumstances.

TP Vision and Enginio AB accept no liability for damages arising from participation or inability to participate, nor for technical issues (e.g., viruses, internet outages, broken links). They are not responsible for any harm due to incomplete or incorrect participant information.

These terms are governed by

Netherlands: Dutch law, and the court of Amsterdam

Belgium: Belgian law, and the courts of Brussels

both shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
