Please note: the e-tickets are only valid on the day and within the time slot stated on the ticket. Exchanging e-tickets for cash or another ticket is not possible.

Tuesday 15.30 - 17.00 hrs free admission, with the exception of school holidays as well as groups consisting of 10 or more persons. Check the Rijksoverheid website for school holiday dates.
An audio tour is free with your entrance ticket. We have audio tours available in Dutch, Dutch in easy language (NT2), English, German, French, Turkish, Spanish and Italian.

*The Philips Museum is no point of sale for the Museum Card.

On 24 December and 31 December the museum will close at 15:00.

Directions

We advise visitors to come to the museum by bike, if possible. The Philips Museum is also accessible by various public transport links.

Bicycle

At the Emmasingel, located on the north side of the museum, there are plenty of bike racks to park your bike. Additionally there is a guarded parking space on the 18 Septemberplein. From there it's a 5 minute walk to the museum. From the central station you can bike to the museum in 5 minutes as well. There are OV-bikes available for rent at the station.

Public transport

The Philips Museum is just a 10-minute walk from the central railway station in Eindhoven. There is also a good bus service to the museum; alight at the ‘Piazza’ or ‘Vrijstraat’ stop.

Parking

Paid parking is available in the vicinity of the Philips Museum. You can also park in the parking garages Admirant, Mathildelaan, or Witte Dame. Furthermore there is the option to make use of the P+R locations including Meerhoven and the Genneper Parken.

Coaches
Passengers are only permitted to board/alight from coaches in the right-hand lane of the Emmasingel. Coaches are permitted to park (temporarily) in the Meerhoven P&R car park, on the parallel road to the south of Onze Lieve Vrouwestraat, between the John F. Kennedylaan and the river Dommel and on the service road to the south of the Professor Dr. Dorgelolaan.

The Philips Museum has full disability acces. A disabled toilet is available and we have a lift. Also guide dogs are allowed to enter if necessary.

The museum is also suitable for wheelchair users and there is a lift. There is a wheelchair available in the Philips Museum. If you wish to use the wheelchair, please reserve it in advance by calling +31 (0)40 235 90 30.

Companions with a companion pass or autipass don't have to buy an entrance ticket.

An audio tour is free with your entrance ticket and available in Dutch, Dutch in Easy Language, English, German, French, Turkish, Spanish and Italian.

To accommodate people who are unable to visit the museum, such as due to health or transportation issues, we offer the "Philips Museum Comes to You" program. This service is aimed at nursing and care centers.

Museum cafe

Museum cafe

In the museum café we serve coffee, tea, soft drinks and fruit juice from the Philips Orchard throughout the day. You can also grab a bite to eat here. Our menu includes a range of sweet and savory snacks, from delicious apple pie to a real Brabant-style sausage roll. At lunchtime you’ll find a selection of healthy filled rolls, tuna salad and a variety of toasted sandwiches. Our museum café is open during museum opening hours.

It is not allowed to consume self-brought food in the museum.

Accessibility
