Every day, more than a hundred WGP employees gain paid work experience throughout the Netherlands, at all levels and at all our locations.” The WGP exists within Philips since 1983 and is included in the collective employement agreement. Target groups that come to work via the WGP include: long-term jobseekers, people with disabilities and status holders. On average, 70-75% of people leave for a regular job.
