Experience the latest health innovations during HealthLab at the Philips Museum. In the weekend of February 11 & 12, the Philips Museum is dedicated to health. The museum will be filled with special stands where visitors can get information about health and do measurements and tests related to it. To participate in HealthLab you only pay the regular entrance ticket for the museum. Reservations are not required.
During HealthLab, children and their (grand)parents can measure and experience how innovations in healthcare help them to live healthier lives. With various measurements and tests visitors can see for themselves how fit they are, of course adults participate too! In the HealthLab children put on their lab coats and can do all kinds of experiments and tests themselves. Visitors experience how you can influence your health.
In various ways participants collect data about the body and process this data on a 'fit-card'. They find out how a human body is put together and how doctors nowadays can look inside the body with all kinds of techniques.
The sixth edition HealthLab was created with collaboration partners the Heart Foundation, Philips Design, Lumify, Oral Care, Fontys and Wildwoozt.
