Looking for an inspiring place for your business meeting or an informal meeting? The Philips Museum is in the heart of Eindhoven, at the historic location where Gerard Philips started off in 1891. With your employees or business partners you will experience how a small light-bulb manufacturer evolved into a prestigious multinational.
The Philips Museum has a modern multifunctional space for your meeting, kick-off, workshop or presentation. We can offer you a custom solution for a variety of occasions. From, say, a small meeting to an informal drink or network meeting. During the evening and on Mondays the museum is closed to the public, but can be opened on an exclusive basis by arrangement. Meetings A visit to our exhibition is of course included in the rental price.
We can quickly and easily modify our De Vest room in line with your wishes. From a meeting layout for 10 to 20 people to a seminar for up to 65 people. De Vest has modern, easy-to-operate equipment that will help make your meeting run smoothly. When you rent our space the following facilities are available free of charge:
Guided tours Be inspired by the founders of the Philips concern and the numerous innovations that Philips has developed. Combine your visit with a special private tour of the museum. The Philips Museum offers various tours both inside and outside the museum. You can book a Dutch or English guided tour directly online. Are you booking before December 31, 2020? Then you get the private tour for € 40 (instead of € 60) per guide. Please note: face masks are mandatory in the Philips Museum. The guide will also wear a face mask. Our museum café is available for you to use for the initial reception of guests, lunch or informal drinks (maximum 40-60 persons). Exclusive use of the museum can also be arranged for dinners and social occasions (maximum of 150 persons).
Or fancy doing something active? If so, get your group to play our interactive iPad game, Mission Eureka. Teams of 2, 3 or 4 people compete against each other and against other teams in the museum. Mission Eureka is an adventure that takes you past important Philips innovations. Discover the researcher in yourself!
Drinks or dinner The Philips Museum offers several options for a reception, lunch or informal drinks. From a lunch, dinner or drinks in the museum café to an exclusive package or walking dinner in the exhibition room. The Philips Museum is easily accessible for visitors with disabilities. There is an accessible toilet, and we have an elevator. Assistance dogs are allowed if needed. A wheelchair is also available; please reserve it in advance by calling +31 (0)40 235 90 30.
