This summer, the Philips Museum has a packed schedule for both young and old. Visit the new exhibition showcasing 100 years of iconic Philips designs, along with an interactive AI exhibition where you can build your own tiny house! Enjoy the play 'The Lamp' in the Old Factory, or learn about X-rays or radio in one of our mini-lectures. Children can participate in the Museum Kids Factory and create their own working lamp or moving creature.
The technical craft workshop, Museum Kids Factory, is back for children aged 6 to 12. Young creators can build their own electronic circuits and create moving objects like vehicles with flashing lights. Children aged 6 and 7 can craft with various materials, while those aged 8 and above can also solder, drill, and saw.
Design is much more than colour, shape, and material; it’s about creating a better experience for the people who use the product. Visit the exhibition Impact through Design at the Philips Museum and celebrate 100 years of Philips design! This captivating exhibition takes you through iconic Philips designs, from past classics to future innovations.
Enjoy the historical play 'The Lamp'. This piece takes you back to 1891 and tells the story of the Lamp Maker and the brothers Gerard and Anton Philips. Discover the manufacturing process of the first lightbulbs in the Old Factory.
The Philips experts are ready to tell you all about subjects like X-rays, the development of radio technology, or the evolution of television. View the mini-lectures topics, times, and languages here.
