The past, present and future of a global company
Permanent exhibition

Our permanent exhibition gives you a fascinating insight into how Philips has developed from a small incandescent lamp manufacturer into a major, leading global company – from 1891 when the company was first founded right up to and including the innovations of the future. With the help of surprising stories and historic products, the exhibition gives you a real insight into the impact Philips has on people’s lives.

Innovation and you

The ‘Innovation and you’ experience gives visitors – both young and old – a clear and spectacular insight into the future and the role that modern technology will play.

Exhibition | Visas to freedom

The exhibition Visas to freedom exhibition tells a story about Jan Zwartendijk. In his role as Dutch consul in Lithuania he saved the lives of thousands of Jews by issuing them with ‘modified’ visas in 1940.
