Within 2,5 years you carry out 2 or 3 different assignments created especially for this trainee job. Personal development is a key focus of the Philips Traineeship Benelux. Traineeship - For whom?
You can apply for the traineeship if you:
  • will soon finish or recently graduated with a Master’s diploma or have no more than 1 year of work experience;
  • are a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and you have a drive and passion for being successful;
  • have excellent inter-personal and communication skills, so you can persuade colleagues at all ranks in the organization;
  • have international experience or an international mindset;
  • you speak and write fluent English besides of you mother tongue.

Traineeship - Apply for the traineeship


The application process for a Philips trainee job is a rich learning experience in itself. It works as follow:


  • Apply for one of the trainee jobs by uploading your CV, motivation and transcript of your grades;




Supply Chain Management


  • If you pass this pre-selection round, you can then fill out an online competency test;
  • If you achieve the required score on this test, you will be invited for face-to-face interview with one of our recruiters;
  • If you pass this interview, you will be invited for a follow-up interview with a line manager;
  • The most suitable candidates will be invited to the Business Challenge. This is the final step in the traineeship selection process.
